Meet Meridith

Meridith Antonucci, MA, LPC, E-RYT 500, combines her experience and education in body-centered psychotherapy, yoga and yoga therapy to offer clients individualized and holistic methods of deepening their mind-body connections, improving overall health, and facilitating personal transformations.

Meridith assesses clients’ needs and hones in on clients’ goals to develop personalized health strategies aimed at creating more ease in your life—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
