Counseling Fees and Policies
$175 per 50-minute individual somatic counseling session ($245 for 75-minutes)
$200 per 50-minute couples/relationship counseling session ($275 for 75-minutes)
In-network with United Healthcare and Medicaid (Colorado Access) insurances
I strongly value providing accessible therapy, so I offer a few sliding-scale spots for those who may need a lower fee. *Priority is given to individuals with lived experience in marginalized identities. (All current sliding scale spots are filled. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for sliding scale slots, please email me.)
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours' notice = $0; 24 - 48 hours' notice = 50% of the session fee; less than 24 hours' notice or no-show = full session fee.
Help Others Get Help
If you are in a financial position to be able to comfortably offer monetary support to someone else who cannot ordinarily afford mental health services, please contact Meridith.
Meridith deeply believes everyone deserves access to mental health services and support. She offers counseling on a sliding scale basis to clients with financial needs and others’ donations provide her the opportunity to do more of this.
