Yoga Therapy can help with a wide array of issues ranging from back pain to emotional distress to sleep challenges.

What to Expect

All sessions are tailored specifically to you. Yoga Therapy views people as complex systems and thus addresses the whole person (versus one symptom) to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

Yoga therapists have in-depth training to assess clients’ unique needs and provide ample support in clients’ growth and healing processes.
